It has been so long for me not baking for a wedding cake since I'm transfer to Perth, what do you expect? of course it's not looks like a professional bakers...but at least I did it!
This is my passion.., baking and decorating cake has always interest me since my early childhood until I decided to go serious in this business a few years ago. The adrenaline in creativity challenge with the short deadline given by customers is part of the excitement. But the feeling when seeing faces of joy and happiness when their cakes are ready is priceless.
